Small Cell Project
TEP partnered with a company that requested small cell antennas to be located near the landlord's business branding.

TEP’s client requested small cell antennas to be located near the landlord’s business branding. The property owner was dissatisfied with the location, and the structural capacity of the roof further limited placement options. TEP worked to develop a solution that would provide the third sector that our client needed, while also achieving the property owner’s approval.

Our site acquisition team negotiated with the landlord while partnering with structural engineers to collaboratively brainstorm a lower-cost canister solution. In doing so, the antenna loading would not overwhelm the existing structural members, located on the roof. Ultimately, TEP succeeded in completing the project with much less stress to our client because of our in-house, full-scope services.
